One flat fee, by guest count
The fee is for planning and coordination only. It is the same whichever readers we book. The readers charge their own rates, which you pay to them directly: a typical two-hour booking with one reader is $250 to $700 (see the cost guide).

Fees are in US dollars. Where tax applies it is calculated at checkout.
How it works
- 1.Send the request. Tell us the city, occasion, date and guest count. Sending it is free and charges nothing.
- 2.We reply with a plan and a payment link. Within one business day, if your event qualifies. If it does not, we say so and point you to the free request.
- 3.You pay the flat fee. The link opens a secure checkout with our payment provider, Dodo Payments.
- 4.We book and confirm the readers. You then agree the readers’ own rates with them directly and pay them yourself.
- 5.You get the event plan. One page, sent before the day. If a reader cancels we replace them or refund the fee.

What does the Event Concierge include?
We plan the readings for your event, book and confirm 1 to 6 readers, send you a one-page event plan, and if a booked reader cancels we find a replacement or refund the concierge fee.
How does it work?
Send the request. We reply within one business day with a plan and a payment link. Once you pay, we book and confirm the readers and send the event plan.
How much does the Event Concierge cost?
A flat fee set by guest count: $149 for up to 60 guests, $299 for 61 to 150 guests, $499 for over 150 guests. It covers planning and coordination only. The readers are paid separately, by you, at their own rates.
Do I pay the readers through you?
No. You pay the readers directly, at their own rates. EventTarot never collects a reader's fee; the concierge fee is only for the planning and coordination.
What if a reader cancels?
We find a replacement from the readers we list for your date, or we refund the concierge fee.
What if I need to cancel my event?
If you cancel before we have confirmed any reader, we refund the concierge fee in full. Once readers are confirmed, the fee is not refundable. Anything you agreed with a reader, such as a deposit, is between you and that reader.
Is the Event Concierge a booking agency?
No. EventTarot is a directory and the concierge is a planning and coordination service. Each reader is an independent professional who agrees terms with you directly, and every reading is entertainment.

Corporate events with 40 or more guests and any other in-person event with 80 or more, in a city where at least 3 readers are published. This page lists the cities that qualify today.
How far ahead should I ask?
Four to eight weeks ahead for normal weekends. October dates, December holiday parties and New Year's Eve book out earliest, often two to three months ahead.
What if my event is smaller or in another city?
Use the free request instead: tell us about your event once and the readers who cover your area reply to you directly with availability and a quote. It costs nothing.
