Common Questions
Holiday Party Tarot in New York
How do I find a tarot reader for a holiday party in New York?
3 published readers in New York read for holiday parties. Open a profile to see their rate and photos, then send an enquiry: the reader replies to you directly. You book and pay the reader, with no booking fee from us.
How much does a tarot reader for a holiday party cost in New York?
In New York, tarot readers typically charge $180 to $400 an hour, and a typical two-hour booking runs $400 to $800. Most event readers set a two-hour minimum. For an office party, ask for one total that includes travel and setup.
How far ahead should I book a tarot reader for a holiday party in New York?
Most office holiday parties are booked in October and November, and December weekends are busy for party entertainers. If your date is fixed, book as early as you can. Short notice? Use the enquiry form on a published profile to ask about your date and guest count.
How many guests can one tarot reader see at a holiday party in New York?
With short readings of 10 to 15 minutes, one reader sees about 4 to 6 guests an hour, so a two-hour slot suits about 8 to 12 colleagues. For a bigger party, book two readers, a longer slot, or quick one-card pulls.
Does tarot work at an office holiday party?
Very well, as long as it is optional. A reading corner gives colleagues something fun to do beyond small talk, and readers keep holiday readings light: the year in review and the year ahead.
Can the reader invoice our company?
Most professional event readers can send an invoice for a company booking. If your venue or HR team needs proof of insurance or tax forms (a W-9 in the US), ask for them when you enquire.
